GIFT VOUCHER INFORMATION
Sent to you by post, the voucher comes with an unsealed gold envelope alongside a personalised voucher and welcome letter, describing what the experience is and directing the giftee on what to do next.
Don't forget to add the name of the giftee and the personal message you would like to be added to their voucher, in the text field above.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you change your mind after your purchase, you have 14 days cooling off period after the date of purchase to request a refund.
All vouchers and letters will need to be sent back to Jo Temple Photography in order to receive your refund.
If the voucher has been used and the photoshoot completed you cannot get a refund, even if the cooling off period is still running.

SHIPPING INFO
If you live in the UK your voucher/s will be posted to you free of charge within 3 - 5 working days of purchase.
