22nd July - 15th August 2023 WHO IS THIS SESSION FOR? This private session is for adults or families with children who don't feel the effects of staying up late! Perfect for... Pregnant ladies/ couples Families with teenage children Familes with younger children (if they can cope with going to bed a little later) Any adults who would love beautiful sunset shots of themselves or their older children. The session generally lasts for around 1-2 hours. My aim is for you to experience a relaxed photoshoot and to leave knowing I have the best set of images to deliver to you. Because of this I do not clock watch. FYI • Busy little bees are hard at work among the lavender during the day. Most buzz off during the evening, however some may still be lingering. In the 10 years I have been photographing at the lavender fields, I have been stung once!. If you or anyone in your family has a bad reaction to bee stings or is afraid of bees, you may want to book another type of shoot. • Mayfield Lavender Farm charge a £4.00 entry fee per adult and children under 16 enter for free. HOW MANY FAMILY MEMBERS? Five or less is included in the session fee, additional family members are £35 per person. Please contact me on 07967 112607 for larger family bookings. WHAT IF IT RAINS OR SOMEONE IS ILL? We will reschedule at no extra cost to you! You won’t miss out 😊 WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THIS SESSION FEE? This session fee confirms your booking and covers my time photographing and editing your images. It does not include images, you will have the option to purchase your images once you have seen them. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE SHOOT? Four to Five weeks after your shoot you will be sent a link to a slideshow to view all your edited images. From there you will have the option to choose from three different collections which include digital images and print credit for the online store. Mayfield Lavender Farm in Banstead WHY IS THE SUNSET LAVENDER FIELD SESSION MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE DAYTIME LAVENDER SESSION? Mayfield Lavender Farm have to pay staff overtime to keep the farm open for us. Also, regardless of whether you have a daytime shoot or a sunset shoot Mayfield Lavender Farm is private land and they charge an additional fee to businesses for using it.
