Sticks mud & trees

Last Sunday Dave, Lucas and I went on a walk at Newlands Corner with some friends.
I'm so glad we went. It was such a beautiful day. The sun was out and you could feel it's warmth on your face.  Mist was rising from the hills where the sun hit the cold, damp earth and it was just awesome to look at.

When I felt the sun on my skin I remembered summer and it felt like it was ages ago. With all the rain we've had us Brits have been cooped up indoors for too long and it gets a little depressing doesn't it?

So when we were let loose on Newlands Corner it felt just great to be out!

There's still a few months left of cold weather before Spring and after Sunday's walk lifting our spirits I've made a little promise to myself - "For the rest of this winter I will aim to get us out into the fresh air every weekend"

Also, to encourage my clients to wrap up and get outdoors for their shoots because whether it is Spring, Summer, Autumn or Winter our beautiful british countryside is far too stunning to miss!

Like most boys all Lucas and Gabriel needed to play was sticks, mud & trees! :)

I am always looking for beautiful locations to use as my backdrops.  Have you got a favourite place you love to go to for walks?  I'd love to hear from you.  Feel free to comment below :)
